If you would like to apply for the unit, we will need the following:

Attached application form filled out
3 most current months of the business’ bank statements. If this business is new, the bank statements/source of funds you will be using for this new venture
Copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Business Name Registration. If you don’t have those, then lease will be in your own name
Photo ID of the applicant/directors of the corporation
Any business plan or a 1-2 paragraph summary including what you plan to do in the space
