For commercial applications, we require a copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Business Name Registration, the 3 most current months of the business bank statements, and photo ID of the applicant/director/owner of the business. Note that if this is a new venture and you do not have articles of incorporation yet, the lease will be in your name. You may also be asked for additional proof of funds if needed.
